Q: Is your honey pasteurized?

A: No, our honey is not pasteurized. 

Q: Where does your honey come from?

A: All of our honey comes from hives in Southern Saskatchewan. 

Q: Are your tubes made with a safe non-toxic plastic?

A: Yes, our tubes are BPA-free and Phthalate-free, making them safe for you and your family.

Q: My honey tubes froze when they were shipped, what should I do?

A: You can soften your honey in the tubes by placing them on a piece of cardboard or non heat-soluble surface in your oven.

Do not turn your oven on, simply turn on your oven light and leave the tubes in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.

Check the tubes by squishing the sides, be careful not to leave them for too long to prevent the honey from becoming liquid.

Q: What do I do if I can’t get the honey out of the tube?

A: Squeeze the sides of the tube, and knead the tube to soften the honey. 

Poke the neck of the tube with a toothpick to clear the honey from the opening.

Do not microwave.

Q: What flavours are most popular?

A: Our top four flavours are Saskatoon, Cinnamon, Maple, and Lemon.
